Sadly, its so true that these small exotic pets need safe haven. About 75% of our rescues were originally bought at our local flea market. Please don't purchase a sugar glider or any animal at a flea market or home/pet show. This is often impulse buying and quite often the gliders are ill, pulled to young or have behavior problems.
